In Norton Commons, Kentucky, Irene Bibee’s journey from nurse to photography maverick is a compelling tale of compassion and creativity. Starting as a heartfelt gesture during her night shifts at the hospital, Irene’s act of gifting free hospital photos to financially strained new mothers evolved into a full-fledged passion.
Undeterred by demanding night shifts, Irene transformed her 3-bedroom home’s living room into an impromptu studio space daily, breaking down barriers as she turned her hobby into a thriving gig. Today, Irene proudly owns a studio space in Norton Commons and co-owns an ultrasound space, documenting the miraculous journey from pregnancy to newborn bliss.
Irene’s commitment to capturing the essence of motherhood has transformed her from a compassionate nurse to a photography maverick. Her story is a testament to the power of passion, showcasing the profound impact one individual can have on others’ lives. Through her lens, Irene not only captures moments but also weaves a narrative of love, resilience, and the beauty within every mother’s journey.
When I’m not working, you can find me binging Netflix and hanging with my husband Bart and my two girls. We love some coach time !
